Hotel Policy

All uses of amenities, business center, lobby, pool etc. are available to registered guests only. Visitors of registered guests may be able to use these amenities at a small charge. All visitors of registered guests must sign in at the front desk.

Check In-

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. ID card, passport, or temporary residence card must be presented upon check-in. Early check-in depends upon availability, and fees will apply to the stay depending on the check-in time.

Departure-

Check out at 11:00 am. Granting of extensions is subject to availability. If granted, a late check-out fee will be applied, and it is due at normal check-out
time. After 2 pm another night will be added to your stay and charged.

Lobby/Coffee-

Available for guest use only during normal hours. Breakfast is only available for guests.

Pool-

Pool use is for guests only during the pool hours of 10 am to 10 pm. Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Smoking-

All rooms are non-smoking. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum fee of $250 plus tax. There are areas designated for smoking on the premises.

Pet Friendly-

We have designated rooms for guests with pets. There is a pet fee beginning at $25. Per pet, per night, plus the tax. If a guest fails to inform staff of their pet a minimum of $50 plus tax will be charged. Guests must clean after their pets. bags for this are provided in the in the front lawn. Guests that leave their pet in the room unattended must place their pet in a crate.

NO UNSUPERVISED ANIMALS.

Housekeeping-

Housekeeping will service the room every 3 days regardless of a DO NOT DISTURBE.

Damages-

Room damage will be charged in full to the value of the damaged good or for the cost of replacement.

Management’s Rights it is agreed that guest will conduct themselves in a respectful manner, causing neither nuisance nor annoyance on hotel grounds.

Management has the right to request any guest to vacate their room or other areas of the hotel, without previous notice,
and without assigning reason. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.

If a guest defaults on payment, Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room.
